March 27, 2026 – NU Advisory Partners has announced the addition of Caitlin Maloof, Jessica Johnson, and Alan Mait as partners, further enhancing the firm’s capabilities across key sectors and functional areas.
Ms. Maloof will focus on go-to-market leadership search and talent advisory for private equity-backed companies. With nearly 15 years of experience in technology and executive recruiting, she has supported clients throughout their growth journeys, from scaling to transformation. Ms. Maloof is recognised for her meticulous, thoughtful, and high-touch approach to executive recruiting, effectively partnering with operators and investors to assemble exceptional leadership teams. Prior to joining NU, she founded The Maloof Group and contributed to establishing the internal executive search function at Accel-KKR.
Ms. Johnson brings a wealth of nearly 25 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences executive search. She is noted for her in-depth sector knowledge and her capacity to foster long-term relationships across growth equity, private equity, and public companies. Before her time at NU, Ms. Johnson co-led the global healthcare and life sciences practice at True Search and spent 15 years at Korn Ferry, where she supported private capital-backed and public clients across various functional roles. Throughout her career, she has led hundreds of executive search assignments within healthcare and life sciences, encompassing providers, payors, healthcare services, pharma services, biotech, HealthTech, life sciences SaaS, and technology-enabled services companies, spanning all asset classes from venture capital to Fortune 20 firms.
Mr. Mait specialises in HR, talent, and corporate functions leadership roles for private equity, venture capital, and public companies. He primarily supports life sciences clients in sectors such as biotech, pharma, medtech, diagnostics, and the broader ecosystems of consumer healthcare and nutrition. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Mait has worked across Europe, Asia Pacific, the United States, and LATAM, assisting companies in identifying, shaping, and retaining executives capable of turning vision into strategy and strategy into tangible outcomes. In addition to search services, he provides advice on organisational design and succession planning, emphasising the importance of assembling the right leaders at critical junctures in a company’s growth trajectory.

Ms. Naumes is an expert in placing go-to-market and commercial leaders across various industries, including sports, media, entertainment, technology, consumer, retail, and marketplace sectors. Before co-founding NU, she spent 11 years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she established the consumer digital practice and co-led the global sports practice, collaborating with major brands and leagues worldwide. In a prior role, she served as the director of marketing and communications for NASDAQ’s Global Corporate Solutions Group.
Ms. Rosenberg is a leading voice in edTech, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the education sector. Known for her innovative approach and commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, she guides public and private companies, investors, universities, and nonprofits in navigating the evolving education landscape. Before joining NU, she led the global edTech practice at Russell Reynolds Associates and has held significant roles in several tech and edTech-focused companies. Additionally, Ms. Rosenberg holds several board positions, including The Perkins School, Cornell University Brooks School of Public Policy, and The Fletcher School at Tufts.
Finally, Ms. Usina is recognised as an industry leader in board, CEO, and C-suite placements across diverse sectors. Prior to co-founding NU, she served on the executive committee at Russell Reynolds Associates and led the global technology, media, entertainment, and sports practices. With over 15 years in executive search, she is a trusted advisor to leading private equity and venture capital firms, Fortune 500 companies, CEOs, and boards regarding leadership, succession planning, and board composition. Her previous roles include executive positions at Nokia and broadcast.com, and she has held key leadership roles with the Florida Sports Foundation and the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.
