- Technical Assistant (Community Awareness)

Monthly Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 50,000
Age Limit: 35 years
Essential Qualifications: A graduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or Life Sciences from a recognised university, along with a minimum of three years of experience in community engagement. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in building volunteer databases. - Project Scientist (Pharmacist)

Monthly Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 75,000
Age Limit: 35 years
Essential Qualifications: M.Pharma from a recognised university with at least three years of post-qualification experience in clinical trial pharmacy or hospital pharmacy. The candidate must hold a valid registration certificate from the State Pharmacy Council and possess knowledge of drug storage and dispensing regulations.
Desirable Skills and Responsibilities
For both positions, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are highly desirable. The job responsibilities for the Technical Assistant include:
- Developing frameworks and outreach strategies for community engagement.
- Conducting community outreach activities aligned with the research needs.
- Coordinating closely with the Study Coordinator regarding study requirements.
- Managing volunteer registries and ensuring regular communication with volunteers.
- Implementing verification protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
For the Project Scientist role, responsibilities encompass:
- Managing the preparation of Investigational Products (IP) and maintaining study integrity.
- Interacting with the Dose Escalation Committee to prepare dosages.
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Coordinating with sponsors for drug supplies and supporting laboratory activities.
