In a recent discussion, Dr Andrew Shao, PhD, Senior Vice President of Regulatory & Scientific Affairs at Niagen Bioscience, elaborated on the rationale behind the choice of ingredients for NanoCloud.
“At the core of Niagen NanoCloud is Niagen, the most scientifically validated NAD+ precursor currently available. It is the same ingredient found in our Tru Niagen supplements and is supported by over 40 human clinical trials, more than 500 peer-reviewed publications, and in excess of 300 academic research partnerships. Niagen was selected for its topical formulation due to its role in supporting key cellular processes essential for skin health, such as energy production, repair, and resilience, ultimately contributing to a smoother and more radiant complexion over time,” Dr Shao explained.
To enhance the effectiveness of the treatment, each ingredient was meticulously chosen:

Traditional water-based formulas can lead to the degradation of NAD+ precursors like Niagen, reducing their effectiveness over time. Our NanoCloud sachets utilise a waterless nanofibre delivery system made from pullulan and hyaluronic acid, safeguarding Niagen until it is ready for use.
