On March 26, during the Future Industry Innovation and Development Forum at the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum, the domestic GPU company Moore Threads, in collaboration with the photonic quantum computing firm Silicon Extreme, unveiled the globally-oriented ‘Liangchaozhitong’ integrated computing platform.

This innovative platform is designed to serve as a universally accessible computing infrastructure, harnessing the capabilities of Moore Threads’ next-generation GPUs alongside Silicon Extreme’s quantum computing technology. This dual-core foundation aims to establish an integrated computing base that effectively dismantles the technical barriers that have traditionally existed between classical and quantum computing.

The ‘Liangchaozhitong’ platform is engineered to facilitate efficient coordination among a diverse array of computing resources. Its architecture is noteworthy for its full independence and control over critical components, including hardware devices, core chips, operating systems, and application software.

This launch signifies a significant step forward in the evolution of computing technology, promising to enhance the efficiency and capability of various computational tasks on a global scale.
